A Reddit post about a terrible Crunchwrap encounter this week went viral. The consumer posted a picture of a practically flat Crunchwrap with little filling next to Taco Bell's well-filled Crunchwraps.

Over 230 people commented to the article, many of whom complained about Crunchwrap quality and the fast-food chain's inconsistency.

"These were good years ago. "When I get one now, it's 50% sour cream 50% sadness," one consumer said.

Several Taco Bell locations make Crunchwrap Supremes better than others, and several Redditors reported they never had problems ordering them.

However, the amount of consumers who reported a trend of substandard or hit-or-miss Crunchwraps in previous years suggests that it's not an isolated incident.
